there’s a lot of things i don’t know.
for example,
i don’t know today,
i don’t know tomorrow.
i don’t know if my life is good,
or just mediocre.
i don’t know if i’m any good,
or if i’m just mediocre.
i don’t know if i’m happy,
or just too distracted to see i’m not.
i don’t know if i can solve my problems,
i don’t know if my problems need solving.
i don’t know who i should love, 
or who i’m supposed to regret.
i don’t know if  my good memories are real,
or simply embellishments of nothing special.
i don’t know if we will exist in 10 years,
but i don’t know if i really care.
i don’t know if i’m bored, 
or just too caught up in the same old routine.
i don’t know
if i want to know
all the things i don’t know.
i just don’t know.
i only want to exist
so vividly
that it won’t matter
that i know nothing,
or that nothing knows me
all that well.
i just want to know myself,
a little bit.
just a little, tiny bit.
